What do wholesale buyers need to know?

• When ordering dresses, do not forget to check all the selected attributes, such as: model number, number of pieces, color and size.
• Prices are available only to those buyers who have registered on the website and have gone through the account confirmation procedure.
• The execution of the order begins immediately after receiving payment or providing a document confirming the payment of the order.
• The term of order production is 20-25 working days from the moment of the start of work. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays.
• To pick up a parcel from the courier service, you must have your passport with you. In case of its absence, your order will not be issued.

Be attentive! All claims and complaints are accepted only within 3 days after receiving the order.
